Patelco Credit Union Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against Dublin, California-based credit union, Patelco Credit Union, following reports it experienced a data breach. The potentially exposed information includes names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, and email addresses, but not every data element was compromised for each individual. Patelco has confirmed that 726,000 people were impacted by the breach.
