Postmates Priority Delivery Fees for Slow Delivery – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against food delivery service Postmates based upon reports that Postmates charges consumers a premium for quicker delivery through its “Priority” delivery service, but does not actually make deliveries to those consumers any faster than through Postmates’ normal delivery service.

Postmates’ failure to provide quicker delivery service when consumers are paying a premium for that service may violate its agreements with consumers and consumer protection laws.
