RealPage Inc. and Affiliated Entities – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating potential lawsuits against RealPage. California law prohibits junk fees on lease agreements, such as “valet” trash or pest control services, administrative, processing, or move-in fees that are separate from the security deposit, convenience or transaction fees for paying online, and excessive late fees. It has been reported that RealPage is charging these junk fees without advertising them as part of the lease price, often adding them on the last payment step of a lease agreement.
