Secure Healthcare Information Management – Data Breach

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a possible class action lawsuit against Secure Healthcare Information Management, LLC (“SHIM”), following reports of a data breach. SHIM is an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based billing and medical management company that serves independent physicians and medical institutions in Northeastern Pennsylvania. An unauthorized party accessed or acquired certain files from SHIM’s network between July 6 and July 16, 2026. The incident may have exposed patients’ personal, medical, and health insurance information.
