Sunflower Medical Group, P.A. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Kansas City based medical group company Sunflower Medical Group P.A. Sunflower recently reported a data breach that exposed sensitive information of 220,968 individuals, including, names, health information, and Social Security numbers. Sunflower’s reported failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal laws, including privacy laws.
