It has been reported that Support Pets LLC sells ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and PSD (Psychiatric Service Dog) product bundles that may mislead consumers into believing their pets are legally permitted in places where animals are otherwise restricted. According to allegations, certain documentation, identification cards, certificates, and related paraphernalia sold by the company may not be legally required for service animals or emotional support animals to access public places or receive special accommodations.
