Walmart Inc. – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential lawsuit against Walmart Inc., a Delaware Corporation. It has been reported that Walmart used automatic license plate reader (“ALPR”) technology, including cameras provided by LiveView Technologies, to collect and track information about vehicles entering and exiting certain store parking lots. According to the allegations, license plate information may have been captured, stored, and used without customers’ knowledge or consent.
